O Lord, let my soul rise up to meet you
as the day rises to meet the sun.

Praise to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit,
as it was in the beginning, is now, and will be forever.

Come, let us sing to the Lord : let us shout for joy to the Rock of our salvation.

Give us courage to confess your name and go with you against the grain.

There is a river whose streams make glad the city of God : the holy habitation of the Most High.
